Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States seeks a Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers, optimize in-store execution, and manage labor within budget. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Company Description

The Merchandising Manager’s main priority is managing and leading a group of Merchandisers that are accountable for in store execution through merchandising product to the shelf, displays, and cold equipment in large format stores. The Merchandising Manager will also be responsible for the coaching and development of their respective teams. The Merchandising Manager will be accountable for managing labor hours within a set budget.

MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

Establish set Merchandising routes for each employee to follow weekly.

LEADING EXCELLENCE

Ensure 3 route rides are completed per week.The primary purpose of the route rides is to train, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Merchandiser and the executional conditions of his/her market.
