Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers responsible for in-store execution, displays, and cold equipment in large format stores. You will coach and develop your team, manage labor hours within budget, and ensure adherence to Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities include establishing weekly routes, conducting route rides to train and evaluate performance, and collaborating with retail partners to implement national/local programming.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience leading a sales/merchandising team.
• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English spoken; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish weekly merchandising routes for employees.
• Manage labor hours within budget.
• Communicate with retail partners to implement programming.
• Train and evaluate Merchandisers during route rides.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
