Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States seeks a Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers, optimize in-store execution, and manage labor within budget. You will coach and develop staff, establish routes, and coordinate with retail partners to roll out national/local programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, route training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution excellence in large-format retailers. Strong communication and DOT readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish set Merchandising routes for each employee to follow weekly.
• Manage labor hours within the specified budget.
• Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with retail partners/decision makers in order to successfully implement national/local programming.
• Ensure 3 route rides are completed per week to train, develop, and evaluate Merchandiser performance and executional conditions.
• Conduct bimonthly Merchandiser meetings/workshops in groups and 1 on 1 to improve executional expertise and recognize/reward results.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices; lead among peers.
