Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers who execute in-store merchandising and display setup in large format stores. You will coach and develop the team, while managing labor hours within budget.

You will establish weekly merchandising routes, train staff, and ensure adherence to company standards across markets. A strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and execution is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience leading a team of sales or merchandising staff.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish set merchandising routes for each employee to follow weekly.
• Manage labor hours within the specified budget.
• Communicate with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
