Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead in-store activity across assigned territory, ensuring products are in stock, displays are properly merchandised, and POS is correctly placed. You will build relationships with store personnel, manage PODs, and drive promotional execution at both permanent and promotional locations.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in stores and influence without authority.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort using mobile field tools and managing a structured route schedule.
• Must have a personal vehicle and an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through merchandising and execution of displays and PODs.
• Ensure product availability across ambient and refrigerated placements.
• Maintain backroom inventory and supply; influence store orders for DSd SKUs.
• Place and manage POS materials and promotional displays.
• Act as primary store-level contact and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver on the mission of making One Chobani the best-executed brand at retail.
