Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to be the primary store-level contact for the Chicago Midway territory, driving in-store activity, maintaining displays, PODs, and ensuring product availability.

You will collaborate with store staff to execute promotions, manage POS materials, and optimize shelf presence while building incremental POS and ensuring stock across all locations. Occasional travel may be required and a personal vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience in grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort working independently in stores.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort using mobile field tools.
• Ability to manage a structured route schedule.
• Ability to lift and build displays in store (30+ lbs).
• Calendar planning and organization experience.
• Winning mindset.
• Infrequent overnight travel.
• Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through placement, merchandising, and execution of permanent sales drivers and displays.
• Merchandise and maintain all displays to company standards and ensure product availability.
• Influence store ordering and place incremental orders for SKUs as appropriate.
• Build relationships with store personnel to drive visibility and execution.
• Execute national, regional, and local promotional programs to standards.
• Respond to issues quickly and communicate opportunities to the Sales Activator Manager.
