Chobani seeks an in-store Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead territory activity, secure placements, and maintain One Chobani presence across locations in Naperville and surrounding areas. You will drive displays, PODs, and stock availability while engaging store staff and executing promotions to standard.

The role emphasizes data-driven opportunities, quick issue resolution, and ambassadorial conduct for the brand at retail, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• Retail/sales and in-store execution experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store activity, ensuring products in stock and displays are maintained.
• Execute placements, PODs, and POS materials across stores.
• Build relationships with store personnel and drive visibility and completion of promotions.
• Use data to identify opportunities and communicate with field partners.
