Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to drive in-store presence and ensure One Chobani products are highly available and properly merchandised across assigned stores. You will manage PODs, POS placements, and stock levels while collaborating with store personnel to maximize visibility and execution.

The role requires strong relationship-building, independent store-work capabilities, and the ability to lift 30+ lbs and manage routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Retail sales/field execution experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in stores
• Ability to influence without authority
• Able to lift and build displays (30+ lbs)

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through merchandising and execution of displays, coolers, and placements.
• Merchandise and maintain all displays to company standards.
• Ensure product availability across ambient and refrigerated placements.
• Maintain organized backroom inventory and adequate product supply.
• Influence store ordering and place incremental orders for DSD SKUs.
• Build collaborative relationships with store personnel and stakeholders.
