Chobani seeks a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead in-store activity within the assigned territory. You will ensure products are in stock, displays are well merchandised, and POS materials are properly placed across stores.

Responsibilities include building PODs, executing promotions, and maintaining strong store relationships. You will represent One Chobani at retail and drive brand presence through data-driven insights and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience (grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG) preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort working independently in stores and lifting displays (30+ lbs).
• Comfort using mobile field tools and managing a structured route schedule.

Responsabilités

• Drive in-store presence through placement, merchandising and execution of displays.
• Merchandise and maintain permanent and home-location displays to standards.
• Ensure product availability and stock across approved placements.
• Place and manage orders with distribution partners to maintain availability.
• Act as primary store-level contact and communicate barriers or opportunities to the team.
