Responsibilities

• Work in-store at Home Depot and Lowe’s, setting up Biltright Turf displays.
• Approach shoppers, start conversations about yards, and qualify homeowners.
• Book free in-home design consultations with our field sales reps.
• Enter leads accurately into the CRM and confirm appointments.
• Build relationships with store personnel to drive turf referrals.
• Track conversations, appointments set, and appointments sold weekly.
