You’ll receive training on our product and sales process, focus on proactive conversations, and aim to convert shoppers into qualified appointments for our field sales team.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• We will train you on our product, conversations, and how to book quality appointments.

Responsibilities

• Work in-store events at Home Depot & Lowe's, setting up Biltright Turf displays.
• Approach shoppers, start conversations about their yard, and introduce Biltright Turf.
• Qualify leads by confirming homeowner status, project details, and timeline.
• Book free in-home design consultations with our field sales reps.
• Enter every lead into our CRM and keep notes current.
• Confirm appointments and ensure customers are home for visits.
• Build relationships with store managers and department staff to drive referrals.
• Track conversations, appointments set, and appointments sold weekly.
