Biltright Turf is hiring a Retail Appointment Setter to work inside Home Depot and Lowe's stores in your territory, talking to homeowners about yards and booking in-home design consultations for our field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run Biltright tables/displays inside Home Depot/Lowe's stores.
• Greet shoppers, start conversations about yards, and introduce Biltright turf.
• Qualify the lead: confirm homeowner, project details, yard size and timeline.
• Book the appointment: schedule a free in-home design consultation with field sales reps.
• Enter every lead in CRM with accurate contact details.
• Confirm appointments and follow up prior to scheduled times.
• Maintain dealer relationships and keep store displays stocked.
• Track conversations, appointments set/confirmed/sold and weekly results.
