Job summary

Biltright Turf is hiring a Retail Appointment Setter to work inside Home Depot and Lowe's stores in your territory. You will talk to homeowners, qualify leads, and book in-home design consultations for our field sales team. This is commission-only with pay based on 5% of each sold project and mileage/benefits as outlined.

No prior sales experience is required; we will train you on product knowledge and outreach. Weekend availability is required, and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Energy, consistency and drive to grow are essential.
• Weekend availability is a must for store visits.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work in-store events at Home Depot and Lowe’s; set up Biltright Turf displays.
• Approach shoppers, start conversations about yards, and introduce Biltright turf.
• Qualify leads by confirming homeowner status, project details and timeline.
• Book free in-home design consultations with field sales reps.
• Enter leads accurately into CRM on the same day.
• Confirm appointments with customers to ensure high show rates.
• Nurture relationships with store personnel and keep displays stocked.
• Track conversations, appointments set, confirmed, and sold weekly.
