Job summary

Biltright Turf is seeking an experienced outside sales closer to own a regional territory in California. You will sell to Home Depot and Lowe's stores plus homeowners, with an uncapped commission structure and strong support from a trusted brand.

Training is provided for product pricing, process, and install standards. You’ll own your region, manage the complete sale from proposal to close, and leverage our technology for accurate measurements and pricing.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home closer
• Big-ticket track record ($5k+ in home sales)
• Pipeline builder with own lead generation
• Owner's mindset and regional ownership

Responsibilities

• Sell/Home Depot and Lowe's territory with warm leads
• Own your region and close deals with a table-day selling approach
• Manage appointments, site visits, and quotes from start to finish
• Leverage technology for measurements and pricing, while you communicate clearly
