Qualifications

• Entry point into sales with in-store conversations and appointment setting.
• Must be able to greet shoppers, start conversations, and qualify leads.

Responsibilities

• Work in-store events inside Home Depot and Lowe's, setting up displays.
• Greet customers, discuss yards, and introduce Biltright turf.
• Qualify leads, confirm homeowners, and schedule free in-home design consultations.
• Enter all leads accurately into the CRM and track follow-ups.
• Confirm appointments with customers before the visit.
• Build relationships with store managers and departments to drive referrals.
• Track conversations, appointments, and outcomes weekly.
