Job summary

Biltright Turf is seeking a Retail Appointment Setter to work inside Home Depot and Lowe's stores within your territory, talking to homeowners about Biltright turf and booking in-home appointments for our field sales team.

This is a commission-only role: you earn 5% of the total project on every appointment that sells. Training provided; weekend availability is a must and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Energetic, consistent self-starter with drive to grow.
• You will book in-home design consultations for our field team.

Responsibilities

• Work in-store events and set up Biltright displays inside Home Depot and Lowe's.
• Greet shoppers, start conversations about yards, and introduce Biltright turf.
• Qualify leads by confirming homeowners and gathering project details.
• Book free in-home design consultations.
• Enter leads into the CRM accurately the same day.
• Confirm appointments and drive attendance.
• Maintain store relationships and stock displays.
• Track weekly metrics: conversations, appointments, sales.
