Biltright Turf is hiring for a Retail Appointment Setter and In-Store Lead Generator at Home Depot and Lowe's. You will talk to homeowners, book in-home design appointments, and earn 5% of the project when it sells. The role is commission-only with mileage reimbursement and weekend availability.

No prior sales experience is required; training is provided. You set your own pace, build relationships with store staff, and grow into a Field Sales role with higher earnings potential.

• Work in-store events: set up Biltright displays in Home Depot/Lowe's.
• Greet shoppers, start conversations about yards, and Qualify leads.
• Book free in-home design consultations on our calendar with customers present.
• Enter every lead in our CRM the same day.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to ensure attendance.
