Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $20–$30/hour with uncapped commission and weekly direct deposit pay.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Insurance details and 401(k) available after 31 days. Training provided; no door-to-door required.

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
