Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation; clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
