Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, where you’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, energy savings, and home benefits. Earn $20/hour with uncapped commission and weekly direct-deposit pay.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we’re looking for people who can engage shoppers and start conversations.
• Weekend and some holiday availability needed.
• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Hamilton brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
