Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and a HUGE benefit to their home.

Weekly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, flexible part-time and full-time schedules, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles are available.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; training provided.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Initiate conversations about home comfort needs.
• Educate customers on HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, and energy savings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and meet lead-generation goals.
