Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, start friendly conversations, assess needs, educate on services, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

We offer hourly pay with uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
