Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $20/hour with uncapped commission and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Weekly pay and paid training offered.

No door-to-door or cold calling. Insurance after 31 days for full-time roles. Engage customers in-store, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations while advancing your sales

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (must engage customers).
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings attendance required.
• Employment contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities
