Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment and supporting lead-generation efforts.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with technicians.
• Note: not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser duties.
