• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide craft activities; perform face painting and related activities.
• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) and communicate with clients and store team.
• Answer emails, make calls, and manage paperwork.
• Ensure events meet customer feedback and safety standards.
