Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in-store (including kids birthdays) and ensure a fun, engaging guest experience.
• Assist customers with shopping, locating products, and provide solutions.
• Handle checkout and basic store tasks (truck unload, stocking, planograms).
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enroll them where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
