Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations, sales, and client experience at our Mount Pleasant, NY location. The role requires guarding assets, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in fashion or retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is in-store and non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand and move around the store during shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily store operations and safeguard assets.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards as directed by leadership.
• Manage cash transactions accurately according to procedures.
• Open and close the retail store and ensure security measures are followed.
• Respond to client issues promptly and escalate to management when needed.
