Living Spaces Furniture in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an in-store Sales Designer to guide guests through design-focused shopping using our Guest Engagement Model. You’ll analyze project requests, offer design advice, and present customized room concepts with fabrics, furniture, and accessories.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining product features, processing transactions, completing training, and supporting the team to achieve revenue targets while maintaining store readiness for

Qualifications

AA/AS in interior design or equivalent.
1-2 years in customer service, retail, or furniture store.
Certification in interior design preferred.
Experience with design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests and execute sales proficiency using the Guest Engagement Model.
Determine guests' design goals and requirements.
Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture and accessories.
Maintain knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and availability.
Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
Support store team to delight guests and hit revenue targets.
Keep the store ready for grand openings and weekend demand.
Work weekends and most holidays; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
