Living Spaces Furniture in Conroe, TX seeks an in-store Design Sales Associate to guide guests with a selling strategy centered on the Guest Engagement Model, emphasizing interior design. You’ll handle design appointments and provide customized room designs and product recommendations.

You will maintain product knowledge, process transactions at POS, and participate in training to support the store team in achieving revenue targets. Weekend and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in interior design and 1–2 years in customer service, retail or furniture store.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Vocational certificate or degree in interior design; internal certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests while applying sales proficiency per the guest engagement model.
• Determine guests' design goals and requirements for their project.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Present customized room designs with fabrics, furniture, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions in the POS system.
• Support store team to help guests and meet revenue targets.
