Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a design-minded sales associate who greets guests and guides them through the Guest Engagement Model to create beautiful spaces.

You will analyze design projects, recommend products, present room designs, process transactions at POS, and participate in training to help the store hit revenue targets while supporting a grand-opening readiness mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in interior design; 1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and execute sales proficiency using Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ goals and requirements of their design project.
• Provide relevant design advice, product knowledge, and product recommendations.
• Present customized room designs, including sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessories.
• Maintains current knowledge of merchandise lines and product features.
• Master product knowledge and brand design inspiration.
• Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
• Support store team to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure store readiness for grand openings and complete daily tasks.
