Maeser, now part of TurnPoint Services, seeks a Sales Lead Generator to represent the company inside local retail stores. You will generate HVAC sales leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building relationships with store teams and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, resilient with a positive attitude.
• Able to handle rejection and stay professional with prospects.
• Familiar with CRM, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Team player capable of collaborating to hit shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams.
