Job summary

Fayette Heating & Air (part of TurnPoint Services) is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to represent the company inside local retail stores. You will generate HVAC sales leads, set appointments for maintenance, repairs, and replacements, and act as the first point of contact for prospects in fast-paced store environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism with prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Team player who can collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with in-store customers to generate high-quality HVAC sales leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Home Depot store teams.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation goals.
• Ensure strong store coverage and maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence in stores.
• Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals; represent the company professionally with prospects.
