Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores in Mentor, OH. Part-time and full-time opportunities available with hourly pay plus commission.

Earn $18–$22 per hour plus incentives, with potential to reach $25–$35 per hour. Flexible schedules, weekend availability, and paid training are offered to help you grow into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Experience speaking with customers in a retail setting is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
