American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Sales Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services, tune-ups, system replacements, and IAQ solutions. Earn $20–$23 per hour plus commission with weekly pay and paid training.

This position offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, uncapped commissions, and a clear path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Benefits include insurance options after eligibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter for in-home consultations and tune-ups.
• Note: role is not door-to-door or canvassing.
