ARS-Rescue Rooter in Chardon, OH is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement stores. Earn hourly pay plus commission with flexible part-time or full-time schedules; weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, educating them on HVAC options, generating leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.
