American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring for In-Store Sales Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with paid training and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, plus benefits after intro period. Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, presenting service options, and scheduling in-home consultations or tune ups with technicians.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors
