Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Cleveland, OH is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores. You will promote HVAC services and generate qualified leads while earning hourly pay plus commission.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with weekend availability. Training is provided, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles exist. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment and acting as a product-consultant.
• Experience in retail, kiosk, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
