Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage with shoppers inside national home improvement retailers and promote HVAC services and consultations.

You will act as a brand ambassador, explain options, and coordinate lead generation and scheduling of in-home visits with service technicians. Strong people skills and weekend availability are valued; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing ARS.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups.
