Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage shoppers inside national home improvement retail stores and promote our HVAC and plumbing services. No HVAC experience is required, just energy and people skills.

You will earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with weekly pay and training. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekend shifts, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• No HVAC experience required; we value energy and communication.
• Weekend availability and some holidays required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a retail store environment.
• Start conversations with shoppers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ask questions to identify home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Support team lead-generation goals and provide a positive customer experience.
