Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. You’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, energy savings, and home improvement needs.

Earn hourly pay plus UNCAPPED commission with typical earnings of $25–$35 per hour. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. No door-to-door canvassing or cold calling.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful; we value people who are comfortable speaking with customers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability is required.
• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
