Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

As an In-Store Sales Representative, you will engage with customers, start conversations, educate on home comfort solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules with growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
