CoolToday is hiring Sales Lead Generators for the South Naples area. You will work in Home Depot stores, engaging customers, presenting HVAC options, and scheduling service appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person communication and the ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to explain benefits of HVAC products/services.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers during in-store shopping.
• Qualify potential buyers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store staff and management.
• Educate customers and store employees about the HVAC program.
• Meet program KPIs and participate in required training sessions.
