Job summary

CoolToday in Punta Gorda is hiring Sales Lead Generators to identify and qualify potential Home Depot customers for HVAC services. You will engage shoppers, schedule service appointments, and represent CoolToday in a dynamic retail environment.

The role offers $20 per hour plus bonuses, a people-first culture, and opportunities for growth in a partner-driven program with Home Depot. You must be energetic, customer-focused, and able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screening, background check and MVR.
• Able to stand 4-8 hours and work flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate benefits.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build relationships with HD store associates and management while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and staff.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and attend required meetings and training.
