Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Guest Experience Lead at Outlets at San Clemente to drive exceptional in-store experiences. You will guide the floor team, deliver technical product education, and lead with a focus on guest satisfaction and daily sales goals.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership experience, and the ability to travel to assigned store as needed. This position emphasizes inclusive leadership and strong teamwork within store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, managing difficult conversations).
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others preferred.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to ensure exceptional guest experience and meet sales targets.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure in-store readiness.
• Review daily data to track progress toward goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Deliver feedback and recognition to support ongoing development.
