Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead on Las Olas Blvd to ensure a premier in-store experience. You will lead the floor, delivering technical product education and acting as Supervisor on Duty to drive sales and team performance.

The role involves coaching, hiring input, and creating an inclusive, collaborative store environment while managing daily operations and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when colleagues are unavailable.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage the floor and drive store performance.
• Prepare the store for guests and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Participate in the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for ongoing development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
