Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Guest Experience Lead at Sawgrass Mills Outlet to drive in-store guest experiences and lead a team. You will deliver technical product education, supervise on the floor, and support hiring and onboarding while ensuring daily sales targets are met.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on inclusivity and customer connection. Travel is not required; on-site role in Florida.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or guest experience (e.g., guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to support guest needs and drive sales.
• Provide technical product education to guests and ensure inclusive service.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team and meet sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Give direct feedback and coach team members to support development.
