Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver an engaging in-store and online customer experience. You will provide gracious service, fashion guidance, product knowledge, and personalized styling to help clients find the right look.

You will collaborate with team members on merchandising, fulfill orders, maintain fitting rooms and merchandise standards, and promote loyalty programs to support sales across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use register and handheld technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online shopping experiences while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor and fitting room upkeep, and maintaining merchandise standards.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
