Lilly Pulitzer in Lynnfield, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience while upholding the brand's casual glamour and service standards. You will partner with the Store Manager, lead the sales floor in their absence, and oversee payroll, staffing, and daily operations with a focus on growth, teamwork, and compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.
• High ownership and responsibility; proficient with Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
