• Leadership: Manage payroll and expense budgets, delegate divisions of responsibility, and inspire the team through the company’s Core Values.
• Talent Development: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performing, positive team environment.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold visual and operational standards.

Qualifications for the Position

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail (four-year degree preferred, not required).
• Strong understanding of specialty retail: business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology; XStore & Tulip knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet throughout shifts.
