Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location in Massachusetts. The role drives sales, delivers an exceptional client experience, and leads the store in the Store Manager's absence. You will uphold brand standards and develop a strong, high-performing team.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on action plans, manage payroll, and assist with recruitment. Flexible hours, including some nights and holidays, are possible.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to create plans that achieve financial results.
• Oversee sales floor in the Store Manager's absence.
• Consolidate feedback on inventory, client insights, and team performance.
• Communicate company initiatives to the store team.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and payroll processes.
